Sherman Crossroads
Sherman Crossroads is a 130-acre land-development project of Harkinson Development and Heritage Development Partners in the booming southern sector of the City of Sherman, Texas.

The project is at the crossroads of both the future residential and employment growth of the City.

Three of the four large residential planned developments of the City are in the southern sector.

Sherman ISD completed a new $160 million High School located four minutes west of the project in anticipation of this growth. Both the $30 billion Texas Instruments expansion and the $5 billion GlobiTech plant are under six minutes from Sherman Crossroads and the first phase will open in 2025.

The project envisions a multiplicity of medical, retail, office and service users capitalizing on Sherman Crossroads' excellent accessibility in proximity to both housing and employment.

Currently a variety of quick-service restaurants have selected Crossroads as their newest location. Restaurants such as McDonald's, Domino's, Taco Bell, Panda Express are now completed or under construction.

Harkinson Development and its partners completed a 40,000 SF, multi-tenant medical office building that is 100% leased. They also completed additional free-standing buildings including an ER, dialysis center, and imaging center.

Major planned future additions to Sherman Crossroads include a $240 million acute-care hospital, hotels, a major grocery store with peripheral retail, and full-service restaurants with outdoor seating overlooking Aston Pond, a three-acre water feature with hiking trails and landscaping.
